Buying Process

Step # 1 : Bank In Purchase / Online Banking

Use Online banking or ATM or sending cheques to transfer money for the items purchased.
Ensure the payments are made to the correct account that is 
Alpha Go Enterprise - CIMB, Maybank or AmBank.

Step # 2 : Sending the transaction evidence

After the transactions have been made regardless of methods. Please kindly keep the receipt (ATM) or screenshot (Online Bank Transfer) and send it to us via email together details stating type of product purchased, attaching the transactional evidence and name. 

Step # 3 : Providing the shipping details

After we had confirmed the payment that had made, we will send a reply email immediately asking details of shipment that is "Name, address, contact number" 

Step # 4 : Track and Trace the item

We will provide a tracking number to you as well as the courier service that we used either Poslaju, Pos Malaysia or DHL Express for international shipment. 

Step # 5 : Receival of parcel

Upon receival parcel, please kindly notify us regarding the receival and do review us on Facebook and leave a comment on our website regarding your overall experience with us.
