Do you ship internationally?
We are reputable store located in Malaysia. We do shipping all of our items to International customers frequently. Please feel free to ask us for shipping quotations based on your address and postcode. Email: alphagamesmy@gmail.com
How long does shipping take?
We will ship out the product on the same day we receive the payment. It takes 1-3 working days to arrrive for Malaysia states whereas 7-14 working days for international postage.
How to track the item purchased?
We will provide a tracking number to you when we had sent out the parcel via couriers. We partnered with a Poslaju and Pos Malaysia courier companies for the local detinasions we service .As for international shipping, we used DHL Express as the courier service.

Almost all products listed in our website entitled for official warranty or shop warranty. You have to keep the product's purchase receipt, product's box and send to us to claim warranty.

What is your returns policy?
Alpha Go offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods
(only for manufacturer defects only).
We will be only accept returns from customers with the conditions of;
